My experience at KIMS, Dubai was absolutely smooth & synchronized. I arrived at the clinic at around 8.30 am, thinking that it might take time and wondering if I could attend work that day. The insurance formalities and registration were done in just 10 minutes. By 8.45 am I was outside the doctor's office with token number 2. The ENT specialist, Dr Kabir, came in ahead of his scheduled time and started his OPD immediately [ :-) ]. In no time at all, I was with the doctor. Let me say, that he is an artist when it comes to the nitty gritty of customer service! I went to him for a minor thing, which was troubling me greatly though (Ear Wax!!) Dr Kabir managed to fix it with a small procedure filled with laughter & so much knowledge, which he shared. By 9.45 am I was on the Metro, on my way to work - all problems sorted out! A big Thank you to the entire team at KIMS who gave me such amazing attention!
