I m here to express my disappointment on the services given to me last week by Dr Hala , requesting to refund my payments for the 2 sessions of micro peel treatment that I didn’t get . As per Dr Hala explanation the treatment should be done in 3 sessions in 3 visits I had mentioned to her that I m traveling and I will be unable to make only one session however without my permission the payment was deducted in full amount total of 3 sessions when I asked clarification immediately and thought this amount was drawn by mistake the clinic replied me that all sessions was done together. This is unaccepted at all and I m really surprised that Dr Hala can accept that from her team . I m sure Dr Hala agreeing with me that there will be no way considering combining 3 sessions at the same time . This message should be forwarded to Dr Hala and I m sure she ll take action in refunding the payment . Trust and proper communication are elements to any doctor
