Unfortunately, every time I to for a visit to Canadian Hospital it feels like you do piles of examinations and you have no explanation what you are doing it for. I was given medication for a problem, which could be verified only after the lab tests. I did not take the medication waiting for the confirmation of the exams. After a few days I called for the results, was booked for another exams, which had nothing to do with the issues. When I went to the clinic, hoping to get my lab exams explained by the doctor, the doc and the nurse were angry with me for not undergoing that test. Then I was asked why am I there? So, after doing some exams, the patient is not supposed to know what is the condition he/she is suffering from. There is a lack of communication from doctor to patient. The nurse can not even explain what will happen next. And trust me I only go to this hospital and I have experience in some departments of it. It is all about how to make you buying medications and making test. The results or their explanation, you do not need to know. Such a shame!
