It also contain proteins and nicotinic acid that stimulate hair growth. Soak 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Next day, grind it into a paste, apply it on the hair and cover with a shower cap. Rinse your hair thoroughly after 40-45 minutes. This can be done twice in a month.

Onion Juice

Onion juice is of great help when it comes to hair fall. Due to its high sulfur content, it helps to improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation. Onions possess antibacterial properties that kills germs and parasites, and treat scalp infections that can cause hair loss. Extract the juice of one onion by grating it and then strain it. Apply the juice directly onto the scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then wash it off. Finally, shampoo your hair.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera has enzymes that promote a healthy hair growth. It also has alkaline properties that brings the scalp’s and hair’s pH level to a level that promotes hair growth.
